KPD Arrests Robbery Suspect of a Convenience Store

Killeen Police Arrest a juvenile for Aggravated Robbery of a Convenience Store.

On Thursday, June 01, 2017 at 1:53 p.m., officers responded to a 911 call in reference to a Robbery that had just occurred at the Stripes Convenience Store located at 2200 E. Stan Schlueter Loop.  The caller advised that a male robbed the store with a large knife.  The suspect demanded money from the cashier and fled southbound towards a field behind the business.  The suspect was apprehended by Patrol Officers while he was fleeing the area.

The name of the suspect will not be released since he is a juvenile.

Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division, Violent Crimes Unit, continue to investigate this Robbery and information will be released as it becomes available.
