KPD asking for assistance in locating Aggravated Robbery suspect.

Killeen Police are asking for assistance in locating Lazarus Israel Duaquon Bush for Aggravated Robbery.

 

The Killeen Police Department Violent Crimes unit has been conducting an investigation into series of robberies between October 15, 2017 and October 18, 2017

A warrant for arrest was issued on October 19, 2017. Bush is described as a 17 year old black male, about 6 feet tall and weighing 275 pounds.

KPD Investigates an Armed Robbery

Officers responded to a 911 call of a Robbery at the Mickey’s Convenience Store located at 3802 East Stan Schlueter Loop, on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, just after 12:30 a.m.  Upon the officers’ arrival, they were told that two males entered the store, displayed a weapon and demanded money.  The suspects fled the area on foot, down Chantz Drive, with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspects were last seen wearing dark-colored clothing and gray masks.  No injuries were reported.

Killeen Police investigate Aggravated Robbery at Star Mart.

Officers responded to the Star Mart Convenience Store located at 104 W. Elms at 7:43pm, on Tuesday, February 14, 2017, after receiving a 911 call advising the store had just been robbed.  Upon the officers’ arrival they were told an armed black male, approximately 5’10” tall, 160 lbs, wearing a black beanie with yellow trim, with curly pink/purple hair, possibly a wig, wearing a Dallas Cowboys hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, entered the store and demanded money.  The suspect fled westbound on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.  The officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

KPD Investigates Robbery on Andover Dr.

Killeen Police are investigating an early morning Robbery.

Officers responded to the 2300 block of Andover Dr. in reference to an Aggravated Robbery, just before 3:00 am. Upon their arrival, the victim told officers he was approached by two black males, who entered his apartment armed with handguns. Once inside the apartment the victim advised, the suspects stole several items and shot the victim in the foot before fleeing the area.   The victim was transported to Seaton Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

This case continues to be investigated and more information will be released as it becomes available.

KPD Needs Help Identifying an Aggravated Robbery Suspect

Killeen Police are asking for the community’s help identifying a suspect in an Aggravated Robbery.

During the course of an investigation, detectives obtained a photograph of a suspect in an Aggravated Robbery that occurred on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at 3:30 a.m. at a party in the 3400 block of Cantabrian Dr.

KPD Investigates Aggravated Robbery and Evading Arrest Offenses

Killeen Police are investigating Aggravated Robbery and Evading Arrest offenses.

Officers responded to the Gateway Food Mart located at 100 E. Hallmark on Sunday, July 26, 2015, at 5:32pm, after receiving a 911 call telling them the store had just been robbed. Upon the officers arrival they were told that an armed black male wearing a gray shirt, jeans and a red bandana on his face, had demanded money then fled the store.  There were no injuries during this Robbery.

As the officers were searching the area in the 200 block of E. Bryce, a witness observed a white Ford Escape SUV hit a vehicle and begin to flee the area. An officer attempted to stop the vehicle however the driver began accelerating and fleeing from the officer.  The suspect in the hit and run drove north on S. Gray then westbound on E. Hallmark at a high rate of speed.  A pursuit ensued; the officer continued to pursue the suspect when the vehicle hit a dip at Florence and W. Hallmark causing the vehicle to vault into the air coming down in the 100 block of W. Hallmark and hitting a telephone pole.  The driver then attempted to flee from the vehicle but fell to the ground due to an injury to his leg.  The driver was transported by ambulance to the Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple in serious condition.

Killeen Police Investigate Aggravated Robbery

Killeen Police are investigating a late night Aggravated Robbery on W. Green St.

Officers responded to the area of 2nd and W. Green today, July 6, 2015 at 12:52am, after receiving a 911 call in reference to a report of a gunshot victim.  The witness told officers that the victim was last seen walking south on 2nd St. from W. Green.  Upon the officer’s arrival into the area, he located a white male in the 500 block of N. 2nd St. who was suffering from a gunshot wound.  The male was stabilized by KFD paramedics; he was then airlifted to the Baylor Scott & White Hospital where he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit and remains in critical condition.

The 26 year old victim told officers that he was sitting at a pavilion located at 2nd St. and W. Green Ave. when he was approached by a black male and a black female who demanded money from him.  When the victim told them he did not have any money, the male shot the victim and took his personal property.  The male and female suspect then fled on foot.
