Killeen Police announce Community Crime Map
Killeen Police announce Community Crime Map.
The Killeen Police Department is pleased to announce the return on an online crime mapping resource formerly known as Raids Online. This service is back online after being unavailable during a major records management system upgrade and data migration. Now called Community Crime Map, this service allows us to share crime data online with the public. This application includes basic mapping, dashboards and analytics. Community Crime Map goes beyond crime mapping by allowing the public to sign up for alerts regarding recent crime activity. It is a free service to the public.
The Community Crime Map is updated daily and contains crime data for Killeen back to 2010. In compliance with state law, some information such as certain victims will not be displayed. The Killeen Police Department encourages the public to use this tool to become better informed regarding crime in our community.
The Community Crime Map may be accessed directly at the address below or by clicking the Online Crime Maps button on our department webpage.
Tutorials for use of the map may be accessed by clicking the Help button at the top of the page.
