Killeen Police Seek Burglary Suspect

The Killeen Police Department is asking for the community’s help identifying a suspect using a credit card that was stolen during a burglary of a vehicle.

Officers were called to the 1900 block of Moonlight St., at 7:04 a.m. on November 21, 2013, in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. The victim realized that she left her purse inside her vehicle and when she went outside to get it, she noticed it was no longer there.  She told officers that she called to cancel her credit card and was informed it had been used earlier that morning at two different locations near her residence. Officers obtained this photo from one of the store video surveillance cameras showing a black male wearing a dark jacket, dark colored beanie cap, a white tee shirt with hands on the front and jeans using the credit card.

Killeen Police Investigating Storage Unit Burglaries

The Killeen Police Department is investigating burglaries of storage facilities in the Killeen area and the detectives are asking for the community’s help.

The Killeen Burglary Detectives have noticed there is an increase in burglaries involving storage facilities recently and today were notified of more burglaries at the Bell Mini Storage.  Officers responded to the Bell Mini Storage located at 5904 E. Veteran’s Memorial Blvd. today at 9:00am after the manager arrived to find numerous storage building burglarized and the back fence to the storage facility had been cut.  The locks had been cut off the doors and numerous items stolen.

Killeen Police Seek Burglary Suspect

Killeen Police need your help identifying a female who used a debit card that was stolen from a vehicle shortly before it was used.

Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of E. Stan Schlueter Loop on Saturday, November 16, 2013, in reference to a burglary of a vehicle.  Officers were told by the victim that while she was at a birthday party she was contacted by her bank in reference to a possible fraudulent use on her debit card.  When she walked outside into the parking lot at approximately 5:30pm, she noticed the passenger side window on her gray 2012 Mazda 3 was broken out and her purse was missing.  The victim called the bank back to cancel her debit card when she was told by her bank that her debit card had been used at a Mickey’s and a Walgreens shortly before.
