Killeen Police Investigate a Robbery at a Local Restaurant
On Tuesday, May 8, 2018, officers responded to a 911 call at approximately 11:00 a.m. in reference to a robbery at the Wiso Phat Burger restaurant located at 421 Liberty Street. Upon the officers’ arrival, they were told two males approached two employees, displayed a weapon, and demanded money. The suspects then fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
The first suspect is described as a heavy-set black male, approximately 6’1”-6”2” and was last seen wearing a bright orange and yellow headscarf. No information was provided on the second suspect.
