Killeen Police Arrest Five in Burglary of Habitation on Fieldstone
On Saturday, November 18, 2017, at approximately 1:08 a.m. Killeen Police responded to 2209 Fieldstone Dr. in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon their arrival, Officers made contact with a subject at the front of the residence who claimed to be a concerned neighbor. Officers then observed two suspicious vehicles in the area and made contact with the occupants of both vehicles.
The incident was recorded on the home owner’s video surveillance system, and during their contact with the occupants of the vehicles the officers were able to locate weapons as well as clothing items worn by the suspects in the video. Through subsequent investigation officers were able to determine that the subject who had been at the front of the residence as well as the occupants of both vehicles were all involved in the Burglary. Four adults were arrested and one juvenile was taken into custody for Burglary of a Habitation.
The four adults were identified as: Gjavion Smith-Williams (17), Davieon Reed(22), Jamal Marbury Jr(18) and Daquan Lavant (18). Bond was set by Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke at $100,000 for each suspect. All adult suspects have been transferred to Bell County Jail.
