The Killeen Police Department Investigates Shooting on North 8th Street

On June 10, 2017 at approximately 12:30 am, Officers responded to the 1500 block of North 8th Street in regard to a shooting.  Upon arrival, officers found two persons were struck by gunfire and suffered non-life threatening injuries.  Both were transported to local hospitals.

It was later discovered that a third subject with a gunshot wound was transported to Metroplex Hospital in a privately owned vehicle.  Detectives with the Killeen Police Department Criminal Investigations Division responded to the scene.

No suspects are in custody at this time.  The case continues to be investigated.
