KPD Identifies Victim Of Covey Lane Homicide

Killeen Police Investigate Homicide on Covey Lane.

Officers were called to the 1200 block of Covey Lane at 9:38am, on Saturday, May 14, 2016, after receiving a 911 call in reference to a man down. Upon the officers’ arrival they located a 28 year old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside a vehicle.  Justice of the Peace Donald Engleking pronounced the victim, Jamaal Jeffery Skipper, of Killeen, deceased at the scene at 10:18am.
