Killeen Police Arrest Aggravated Robbery Suspects.

Officers responded to the Point Liquor 6, located at 1312 E Rancier Ave., on Monday, July 27, 2015, at 12:28pm, after receiving a 911 call that the store had just been robbed. Upon the officers arrival they were told that an armed black male, wearing a long sleeve shirt, jeans and a red bandana on his face, had demanded money then fled the store. A witness saw the male running from the store southbound and provided officers with the description and license plate number for the vehicle that the male entered.  Officers located the suspect vehicle just after 12:30pm; a traffic stop was conducted at Old FM 440 and Circle M.  After further investigation, the three male occupants were taken into custody and transported to the Killeen City Jail.

The case was reviewed by the Bell County District Attorney’s Office and a complaint was returned on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, charging 44 year old Stanley Lamorris Nicholes and 25 year old Andre Lazar Crowley Jr., with Aggravated Robbery. Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke arraigned Nicholes and Crowley, issuing a $100,000.00 bond for each.  Both men have been transferred to the Bell County Jail.  The third male was released without charges.
