UPDATE – KPD Executes Search Warrant for Narcotics

On Thursday, October 26, 2017, Ryan Anthony O’Neal was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Claudia Brown and set his bond at $100,000.  O’Neal will be transported to the Bell County Jail.

Killeen Police Department executes a search warrant at a local residence.

On Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 5:12 a.m., the Killeen Police Department Organized Crime Unit and Criminal Investigation Division, with assistance of the Killeen SWAT team, executed a narcotics search warrant in the 3900 block of Bur Oak Drive.  During the execution of the search warrant, Ryan Anthony O’Neal 19 was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Killeen City Jail for an outstanding arrest warrant for Theft of a Firearm.  During the search of the residence detectives recovered an unspecified amount of narcotics and property stolen in a previous residential burglary.

One other person was in the residence and was released at the scene.

Killeen Police Department executes a search warrant at a local residence.

On Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 5:12 a.m., the Killeen Police Department Organized Crime Unit, Criminal Investigation Division and SWAT (Specialized Weapons And Tactics), executed a narcotics search warrant in the 3900 block of Bur Oak Drive.  During the execution of the search warrant, a man with an outstanding arrest warrant for Theft of a Firearm, 19 year-old Ryan Anthony ONeal, was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Killeen City Jail.

During the search of the residence detectives recovered an unspecified amount of narcotics, and property stolen in a previous residential burglary.

One other person was in the residence and was released at the scene.

Killeen Police is seeking the community’s help in identifying a suspect

Officers were dispatched at 5:12 p.m. to the Boost Mobile Store located at 316 East Rancier Avenue on Friday, September 22, 2017, in reference to a Theft that had just occurred.  Upon the officers’ arrival, the store employees reported that a black male entered the store and asked to look at a phone.  When the employee retrieved the phone for the male to look at, the male ran out of the store with the phone.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’10” tall and was last seen wearing a black shirt and gray shorts.

Killeen Police Department Seeks Two People of Interest

Killeen Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying two people of interest.

On Sunday, August 6, 2017, Officers received information about a theft that occurred in the 1400 block of Lowes Blvd.  The victim reported that an unknown person stole her wallet from her purse and made an unauthorized transaction at a Killeen Wal-Mart using her debit card.

During the course of the investigation, detectives were able to obtain photographs of two females.

Killeen Police Investigate a late night Shooting

Officers were dispatched to Northeast Killeen at approximately 8:58 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2017, after receiving a 911 call in reference to two shooting victims. Upon the officers’ arrival, they located two male victims, a 14 year-old and a 15 year-old, suffering from gunshot wounds. The 15 year-old was transported to the Baylor Scott and White Hospital in critical condition and the 14 year-old was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.

Through the investigation it was revealed that this incident was motivated by a Robbery which led detectives to the suspect. A 16 year-old male suspect was identified and arrested. He was taken into custody and is currently in the Bell County Juvenile Detention Center.

Killeen Police Investigates a Late Evening Shooting

Officers were dispatched at approximately 5:52 p.m. to the 1600 block of 4th Street on Friday, October 20, 2017, after receiving a 911 call in reference to shots fired. While officers were in route they were notified about a shooting victim. Upon the officers’ arrival, they located a 29 year-old male victim laying in the roadway. He was immediately transported to the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in stable condition.

No one is in custody at this time.

The investigation is on going and information will be released as it becomes available.

KPD asking for assistance in locating Aggravated Robbery suspect.

Killeen Police are asking for assistance in locating Lazarus Israel Duaquon Bush for Aggravated Robbery.

 

The Killeen Police Department Violent Crimes unit has been conducting an investigation into series of robberies between October 15, 2017 and October 18, 2017

A warrant for arrest was issued on October 19, 2017. Bush is described as a 17 year old black male, about 6 feet tall and weighing 275 pounds.

Killeen Police are Asking for Assistance in Locating Antione Latrell Williams for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child (In Custody)

 

 

The Killeen Police Department Special Victims Unit has been conducting an investigation into the allegations made by a 7 year old child.

A warrant for arrest was issued on October 18, 2017. Williams may be driving a black in color Nissan Sentra with the Texas license plate of JVW1488. Williams is known to frequently travel between Killeen and Lubbock.

Any information regarding the whereabouts of Williams can be reported to the Killeen Police Department or the Bell County Crime Stoppers tip line. Any tips submitted through the Bell County Crime Stoppers tip line that lead to an arrest may be subject to a cash reward.

The suspect is now in custody at the Bell County Jail.  The Killeen Police Department would like to express it’s appreciation for the support of the community, whose cooperation has assisted us in this investigation.

The Killeen Police Department is Asking for Assistance Related to a Robbery

On Monday, October 16, 2017, at 8:40 p.m., officers of the Killeen Police Department were dispatched to MetroPlex Hospital in reference to an assault alleged to have taken place 20 minutes earlier at Lions Club Park.

 

Upon the officer’s arrival, the victims advised the officers that they had been walking the exercise path at the park and they were returning to their vehicle when they were approached by 3 to 4 black males. The victims stated that as they were trying to enter their vehicle the suspects assaulted them and took a backpack from the vehicle.  The suspects could only be described as black males wearing sweatshirts, hoodies and basketball shorts.  Based on the victim’s statements, a report for robbery was filed by officers.

Missing Man has been Located

October 17, 2017 – UPDATE

The missing man, Robert David Keller, has been located and returned home safely.  We would like to thank everyone for their assistance in locating Mr. Keller.

 Killeen Police are asking for the community’s help locating a missing man.

On Monday, October 16, 2017, at approximately 7:23 p.m., Officers responded to a residence in the 700 block of Spring Branch Drive, after receiving a call from a woman who said her 66 year-old husband was last seen around 5:00 p.m.  Upon the officers arrival they learned that the woman and her husband were in a verbal argument and he left the residence on foot.  She told officers she believed he is in the beginning stages Dementia but has not been diagnosed.

Robert David Keller is a 66 year-old white male with salt and pepper mid length hair and gray blue eyes. He is approximately 6’3 and weighs approximately 240 pounds and was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt, a brown jacket, dark blue jeans and white sneakers.  He is on several medications and missed his doses.

The Killeen Police Department is asking anyone if they have seen Mr. Keller or know of his whereabouts to contact them at 254-501-8800.
